Shipping
Boxes ship frozen in insulated packaging with dry ice via tracked carrier service. Shipping is free on orders of 20 lb of ground; smaller boxes pay a flat rate shown at checkout. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your box is on its way.

If your box arrives damaged, thawed, or not right, email hello@groundbeefclub.com immediately with your order number and a photo — we'll get you sorted.
Returns
Because our products are perishable food, we can't accept physical returns. That's exactly why the guarantee above has no fine print.
